Three hours. Now two minutes.

I build an AI employee live on stage. The room builds it with me.

I build AI employees the way I'd hire one. Then I teach your team to do the same.

Solutions

01 · Speaking

Keynotes for rooms tired of AI hype.

Most rooms walk in skeptical, or sure they're already behind. I start there. Leaders walk out knowing what to hand off first.

02 · Train your team

I build it with your team. Then they build their own.

Before · what teams tell me
  1. "I tried it once, it gave me garbage."
  2. "It's going to replace me."
  3. "AI is hype from people who have never done this work."
After · one sessionLaptops open

Their own work on the screen. They leave with something running, plus the judgment to catch it when it's wrong, and one rule from me. Use it 30 minutes a day, minimum.

Step 1

Say the fear

AI doesn't replace judgment. It replaces repetitive work, and your people keep the judgment.

Step 2

Write the job

If you hired an assistant, what would they need to know? That's where every AI employee starts.

Step 3

Build one

Together, on real work from your own business.

The most recent one

Your AI marketing director

Built live with small business owners in a virtual boot camp.

Format

Virtual, with your host

Co-presented with the program team running the event.

You leave with

The employee, built

Something running on your own business, not a slide about it.

Shape

Three two-hour sessions

Hands-on every time, for one industry's leaders.

My role

Designer and moderator

I design the program and run the room.

"You don't have to know how to build the automation or the agent. You need to know how to think about it."

Plan a session

If you run the company

Sound familiar?

01Everyone else is moving and we're behind.

I work in this 8 to 10 hours a day. You get the shortcut without the years of trial and error.

02We tried ChatGPT and Zapier and nothing stuck.

Tools got added beside the business. We build inside the software you already pay for, then run it with your team.

03I'm not paying for more AI theater.

Every fix gets ranked by the hours and dollars it returns. Nothing is built before we know what it's for.

04My team is scared of it.

I've never gone into a business where people got laid off. They got more productive.

05I don't know where to start, or who to trust.

Start with an Operating Review. Two to three weeks, five or six hours of your leaders' time, and a ranked plan you can run the company from.

03 · Build

Three hours.Now two minutes.

A corporate events company runs 350 events a year. Setting up each one took ten spreadsheets, an Asana project and three hours. Now the team types the event name, the client and the date, and two minutes later it's done. About 1,000 hours a year, back.

Every company has a three-hour task like that. I find yours.

More of what we've built

The builds.

Phone agentIt picks up.

Answers our line, books time and hands the call to a person. Call it yourself.

Client reportingThe scoreboard.

Every hour the builds take back, priced. The sample: 3.56x back on every dollar.

RoofingThe crew app.

One app for the crews and the office. It carries six of the fourteen builds.

Private capitalNothing fails silently.

Payment to signed contract to portal access, built for 100 new members a month.

See every build

Clients are described by industry until they agree to be named. We quote results only from systems with a month of real use behind them.

Where a build starts

The Operating Review.

We read the whole business first. Then my team builds the fixes in order of return, and stays to run them.

Week 1

Assess

Each team lead takes a 20-minute assessment. We map every tool and subscription the business runs on.

Weeks 1 to 2

Interview

One hour with each lead, the CEO and the founder. We find where hours and margin leak, and why.

Weeks 2 to 3

Readout

The findings, live. The return on each recommendation is worked out in the room, with your own hourly costs.

About

Operator. AI architect. Founder.

Every AI employee gets a brain, a training manual, and a person who checks the work.

I came to AI as an operator. Before The Goude Group I was Partner and Chief of Staff at a private equity firm, and COO of a consulting company I helped scale.

Now I lead the strategy. My team of builders handles the code, and I make sure what they build earns its place in your week.
